How would you use 'sameness' to help you in your life in RP?

Response:

I think there are different methods to define ‘sameness’ and there are different areas in my RP life that we could apply ‘sameness’ to.

Firstly, we could use the tactic of ‘sameness’ to organise all the files that we obtain from RP. In the entire 3 years of our course in RP, it is good for us to keep our files organised so that it would be easier for us to find all the folders that we would need to refer to and keep for our further reference in the years to come.

Secondly, we need to use the concept of ‘sameness’ in our daily discussion of the problem. In everyday’s problem statement, we would be required to look into different perceptions of the problem. Having different perceptions in the group doesn’t makes up ‘sameness’ however, in order for everyone of us to understand what each other is talking about, it requires ‘sameness’ where everyone should be on the same page during discussions. If there is no existence of ‘sameness’ in the discussion, we could go on and on and on arguing that our point is correct, which may or may not be true. Each of our contexts may be different. Hence, if we were to say something is right or wrong, we need to see that we are referring to the same thing first before we start the argument.

Thirdly, ‘sameness’ in terms of our goal. At the end of the day, each team has a goal to reach. In our case, the goal that we need to have the same goal at the end to be able to complete everything on time.
